Final Sale Items

Due to their nature, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sneaker Protection & Cleaning products (for hygiene reasons, once opened or used).

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
• Process: Request authorization → Ship items back → Receive refund/exchange.
