All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the quality of our curated products—but if something isn’t perfect, our returns process is built to be as clean and secure as our checkout.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure quality and safety for our global community, the following are final sale:

  • Specials: All items from the “Specials” menu (due to limited nature and promotional pricing).
  • Sneaker Protection & Cleaning Products: For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any product customized at your request.
  • Items Damaged After Delivery: Products damaged due to wear or improper care.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

The Return & Exchange Process: Simple & Secure

Follow these three steps to initiate a return or exchange.

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include:

  • Order number
  • Your full name and email address
  • Item(s) for return/exchange (product name, size, color)
  • Reason and desired action (refund or exchange for a specific product)

We’ll respond with an RA number and return address (located in the United States).

Step 2: Ship Your Items Back

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (including shoe boxes or dust bags). Place the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship using a trackable and insured service (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service with tracking).

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Keep your proof of postage.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • For Refunds: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • For Exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement to your original address. If the item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Refund Timeline & Method

Your security is our priority. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

  • Return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import taxes.
