We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days) to get your gear to you faster. Therefore, any request for an address change or cancellation must be made immediately after placing your order. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order details. Once your order has entered the packing or dispatch phase, we may not be able to modify it.

We offer worldwide delivery (excluding only a few remote regions and parts of Asia due to extreme logistical constraints). The checkout will notify you if your location is unavailable.

Yes. For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We declare all packages accurately to ensure a smooth customs process.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

For a seamless checkout, we accept all major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Our Free Shipping is offered on orders over $50 as a thank you for building a more complete look with us. For orders under $50 selecting the ECONOMY (EMS) method, a calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout to help cover the logistical costs. You can always opt for the flat-rate EXPRESS shipping if your order is under $50.

We want you to love your curated pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please initiate your return through our customer service team at [email protected] for instructions and authorization. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for the return are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
